Materials will be provided but if you are able to bring tools (petrol strimmers / hedge cutters, wheelbarrows, etc then they will be very useful):

• Clear driveway- weed/leaves/edges –
• Clear along perimeter fence – particularly near park
• Straighten wire fencing around perimeter & re-tension some top wires
• Paint steps of old stand –
• Paint steps of Pacemakers stand –
• Paint new gates
• Strim edges of stadium pitch
• Weed round perimeter fence & stadium
• Clean outside loos and paint as necessary
• Clear outside entrance to changing rooms
• Re-fix perimeter boards – remove old ones
• Repair roof of outside catering
• Creosote training pitch fence
• Skip for rubbish – JAS to organise
• Change last few fence panels – two near gym & others in compound
• Rake sand near generator into smaller area
• Clear bottom car park – weed/brush etc
• Clean out and tidy under stands
• Check and mend stadium fence panels
• Service generator – JAS
• Cut hedge in top (clubhouse) car park
• Flag area near kitchen
• Level behind Pacemakers plus other works in this area – Steve Houghton
• Strim and cut back growth all round pitch over the brook –
• Update honours board – Pete Luxton
• Paint fence panels – ongoing Ladies team & others
• Fit bendy flag pole holders –
• Dredge/clear brook of weeds etc –
• Cut hedge etc of path outside perimeter fence
• Replace posts over the brook
• Empty old red container of all rubbish – skip
• New entrance signs into stadium
