The EPDG programme selects the top players from the Schools of Rugby programme and other exceptionally talented players from clubs and schools to train with Sale at their at their Carrington facility. The EPDG is not a team based group but focuses on rugby skills, strength and conditioning, speed, agility, nutrition, game analysis and psychological training.
