The new Senior Men’s Rugby Delivery Team (RDT) is looking for a 2nd XV Manager or Coach to work alongside the Director of Rugby, Head Coach, Backs & Forwards Coaches and the 1st XV & 3rd XV Managers to support the selection of the 2nd XV and manage the team on match days.

The main responsibility will be for the 2nd XV team on match days and providing feedback to the RDT on player performances in these matches. However there is also opportunity to be involved in the coaching of the side as well should the successful applicant wish to – this is why the role is advertised as 2nd XV Manager / Coach. As the main responsibilities will be on a match day, we are looking for someone who can commit to supporting the team and work with the 2nd XV captain on match days as well as being available either in person or via email/phone during the week to be involved in team selection.

The role would suit someone who has recently stopped playing who is looking to move into coaching or someone wanting to be involved in the running of the senior section but who does not have the time during the week to commit to training.

This is a pivotal role for the club as we look to develop the senior section and build on the foundations laid over the last 12 months.
