Manchester V Aldwinians
With the sun showing its face for perhaps one of the first times this season the day looked perfect for Rugby. The boys were fired up and took on a fine team from Aldwinians. With a terrific starting kick from Will (happy Simon!), the game got underway with Manchester quickly taking advantage. There were some fantastic plays down the line with Manchester looking so strong in all areas. With tries coming thick and fast the opposition were relieved when the halftime whistle was blown.
2nd half
Back into the fray for Aldwinians and there was no let up from the forceful Manchester side who brushed aside all challenges and had an answer to everything that was thrown at them. Aldwinians looked good in so many areas and played well but Manchester really upped their game today. With this there only match due to a no show by Wigan, they wanted a cut and dry finish to a great day.
Tries scored by many and only one conversion missed (no names mentioned but we know who you are).
