Under 9's Spring Back into Action

After last weeks positive training session, this Sunday saw us host Broughton Park at Grove Lane. With conditions perfect for playing rugby players, parents and coaches were set for a great mornings entertaiment.

With half-term kicking in, numbers were such that we were able to play two fixtures at a time, with the Manchester squads split between:

Ethan, Sam Y, Finlay, Alex, Angus, Joel, Joe C and Harry - coached by Dave H

Will C, Sergio, Joe K, Oli B, Kaya, Ashwin and Max - Coached by Nim and Neil

Both squads were slow to get into gear, but were soon able to start putting phases of great play together. Some of the support play and passing was great to see, although there remains some areas of the kids and coaches to focus on as we move towards the latter part of the season.

This Sunday we have an AWAY fixture against Bowden, whilst coaches and players are also looking forward to the end of season Tour on weekend of 25th / 26th / 27th April.
