Difficult start to the 14/15 season with the loss of so many players over the summer. It was always going to be difficult to replace that number of players and we probably reached out low point at home to Lymm with just 6 players!

Lymm kindly lent us some of their number (as did Stockport earlier in the year, thank-you) and we had a great day, albeit in a losing course.

Things have improved enormously since then with a number of new recruits. Welcome to Paul, Cam, Jack, Taha and Harrison, all great additions to the squad.

We're in the process of gelling as a team and it's going to be a tough few months to get back to anything close to a team capable of winning fixtures but we have a plan to get there.

On that note, welcome to Louaz on the coaching side. He's proving to be a great asset and a clear thinker so thanks to him for his contribution so far.

Lastly, thanks to all the parents, grandparents, carers et al who bring the boys along week in, week out. Without you none of it would be possible so thanks for sticking with us and let's look forward to 2015 and the opportunities that will come our way.
