VERY URGENT/IMPORTANT - Registration

1. Fill in their annual club membership forms and pay their subs.

2. Complete the RFU Player Re-registration Forms and provide an updated passport sized picture.

YOU CANNOT BE SELECTED TO PLAY UNLESS BOTH THESE ITEMS ARE COMPLETED.

3. Register on this site as a player (and as a parent) with up to date contact details. Email, telephone and mobile. Some of our email addresses are no longer active or are only those of parents workplaces. Please provide up to date contact details for both players and parents AND BOTH register on this site.
Much of our communication re. player availability, player selection, fixtures, league tables, match reports, statistics and directions to away games will be through this site. Now they are young men they should be taking responsibility for good communication with coaches themselves; registration on this site facilitates that.

4. Every week it is likely that two or three players will become unavailable through injury in school matches on Saturday morning. PLEASE ENSURE YOU INFORM THE COACHES AND CHANGE YOUR AVAILABILITY STATUS ON PITCHERO ASAP should you become injured, and never assume you are not playing until Saturday evening when the match-day squad should be finalised each week.
