Paying Our Respects

Remembrance Sunday is always a special morning at the club, we train at home and all gather to pay our respects. It's such a proud moment to see all the age groups represented and to pay our respects and gratitude to the fallen soldiers.

The morning was crisp and the sun was shining, perfect rugby conditions! And the added bonus of our new tops arriving from our sponsor Titan Products. The boys loved the new kit and didn't waste any time getting them dirty. We don't have that many training sessions, usually we are playing matches against opposing teams, so we introduced some new drills and fun games concentrating on basic skills, catching and passing, if we cannot pass and catch the ball we cannot score tries.

Two of the players Charles and James laid our U8 wreath and all the boys behaved impeccable during the ceremony and the two minute silence.
