Saturday 8th February welcomed all age groups from the M&J section for a fundraising lunch, the food was great, the company was great and the money raised will go towards the running of mini and junior rugby and also for the upcoming U15 tour to Gibraltar.

There were lots of prizes to be won and its safe to say i don't want to see another Jaffa Cake for quite some time. After the lunch the kids formed a guard of honour for the first teams match against Southport, im sure this was the added motivation behind the resounding win!

The weather on the day was bitterly cold, not that you could tell by the pictures, the joys of youth. It was great to see all age groups taking part, boys and girls, past players Sam James and the future players of the club.
